At Falalar Manoma (meaning The Bounty of the Farmer), we believe that the future of food security and economic prosperity in Northern Nigeria lies in the hands of our smallholder farmers. However, unlocking this potential requires more than traditional methods, it demands a revolution in access, technology, and market integration.
Founded in 2021. We are a pioneering agricultural firm dedicated to transforming the lives of smallholder farmers through smart farming and resilient technology. Operating actively across Kaduna, Adamawa, and Niger State, we are rapidly expanding our footprint to anchor and elevate the entire Northern Nigerian agricultural ecosystem.

The Closed-Loop Framework
1. Cluster Mobilization & Input Supply
We begin by organizing smallholder farmers into structured, collaborative clusters. Once verified, we deliver premium, high-yield farm inputs including certified seeds(FaLGates Seed), crop protection, and top-tier fertilizer blends(FaLGates Fertilizer) directly to their communities, eliminating supply chain bottlenecks.
2. Smart Monitoring & Extension Services
Growth requires guidance. Our data-driven extension agents provide hands-on, continuous agronomic training throughout the planting cycle. By tracking crop health and soil data using our smart and AI imbedded mobile Technology(FaLGrow), we ensure our clusters implement modern, high-yield agricultural practices through mechanization
3. Climate-Resilient Cultivation
We break the dependency on unpredictable weather. By deploying innovative, clean-energy solutions like solar-powered irrigation pumps, we enable our farmers to bypass drought risks, maintain healthy land management, and transition into highly profitable, all-year-round farming.
4. Guaranteed Off-take & Processing
The process ends with guaranteed financial security. We eliminate market price volatility by securely purchasing the entire harvest from our farmers at fair, competitive rates. The crops are then moved directly to the FaLGates Milling Plant for industrial processing, completing a seamless cycle of local wealth creation.
